In which cases are the bituminous membranes used ?
Bituminous membranes are one of the most known insulation solutions mainly because of their low cost. It is technically correct to apply to a substrate that is not coarse (rough), unless other work is carried out to allow it. Due to the many different types and qualities of bituminous membranes, they require great care when choosing and applying them and their usual lifespan is between 5-8 years.

In which cases brushable materials are used ?
Brushable waterproofing materials are another widespread way for roofs or basement waterproofing. Due to the nature of the materials and the method of application are suitable for application in many types of substrates. Their application is done, usually with roller or brush, while many times it is possible to apply by spraying. Their advantage is that they do not have joints (such as bituminous membranes) and the lifespan for cheap materials is 2-5 years while most of them vary between 7-10 years.

In which cases is polyuria waterproofing used?
- Polyurea is the most modern solution in the technology of waterproofing and protection materials, which requires specific specialised equipment and method of application. It is classified in wet membranes and is sprayed at high temperature and pressure.
- For Polyurea there is no “difficult” surface because with the spraying and quick time drying (seconds) we do not care whether the surface is horizontal or vertical, flat, curved, polygonal or any other geometric shape. With its elasticity and excellent adhesion, it can be applied to almost all-properly prepared-substrates such as concrete, metal, wood, polyurethane foam, plastic, bituminous membranes and others.
- It creates a monolithic, smooth surface without joints or seams and does not torn and requires no maintenance or paint. With the completion of the application gives us the ultimate waterproofing and protection, with the best possible aesthetics in relation to other insulating materials, while at the same time exceeding a long lifespan (15-25 years) and reliability, all the other known conventional waterproofing methods.
